Use a Chase Credit Card to Help Support a Charitable
Organization

Chase is reminding cardmembers how they can use their credit
card rewards to help a charity. Currently Chase offers the World
Wildlife Fund Platinum Visa® Card which automatically gives 1%
of all purchases made with the card to the World Wildlife Fund. In
addition Chase will donate $50 to the World Wildlife Fund for
everyWorld Wildlife Fund Platinum Visa® Cards opened online.
Chase also offers the Chase Freedom card which allows
cardmembers to contribute accrued rewards to the American
Cancer Society. For every 2,500 points earned with the Chase
Freedom card the cardmember can contribute $25 to the
American Cancer Society. The Chase Freedom card can help
cardmember contribute even more because it automatically gives
the cardmember triple rewards on their top 3 everyday spending
categories.
Chase Launches the Continental Airlines TravelBank World
MasterCard

The Continental Airlines TravelBank World MasterCard allows
consumers to earn travel credits on every purchase made with
their card. Cardmembers will earn 3% for purchases made on
eligible wireless, telecommunications and cable purchases and will
earn 1% on all other purchases. In addition cardmembers will earn
a $50 travel credit after their first purchase with the card. The
travel credits offer more flexibility and can be used for all or part
of any flight purchased on continental.com. Cardmembers who
spend more than $10,000 in qualifying purchases will receive $25
in travel credits as well as five Continental Currency coupons
(valued at up to $25) which can be redeemed for things such as
in-flight beverages and headsets.
Bank of America Introduces Brighter Planet™ Credit Card

Bank of America and Brighter Planet™ have partnered together
to offer a credit card that will help build renewable energy projects
with every purchase consumers make using the card. The
Brighter Planet™ Visa® credit card will enable cardmembers to
earn one EarthSmart™ point for every dollar they spend on
purchases. In addition cardmembers will earn 1,000 bonus points
after making their first purchase with the card and will earn
another 1,000 bonus points once they sign up for paperless credit
card statements. EarthSmart™ points earned are automatically
redeemed each month to help support renewable energy projects.
For every 1,000 EarthSmart™ points earned it is estimated to
offset one ton of carbon dioxide which is equal to taking an
average car off the road for two months.
