Federal reserve releases consumer credit report

The federal reserve released its consumer credit report for
January which outlines how much consumers borrowed during the
month. Overall consumer credit debt increased at a modest rate
of 3.25%. Revolving credit debt which includes credit cards raised
at an annual rate of 1% while non revolving credit debt raised at
an annual rate of 4.5%. The report showed that as of January
revolving credit debt totaled $879.4 billion.

Chase offers new Zappos Rewards Visa®

Chase Card Services and Zappos.com have partnered together
to offer the Zappos Rewards Visa®. The Zappos Rewards Visa®
features no annual fees and a 0% APR introductory offer for up to
six months. Cardmembers will also enjoy a $25 statement credit
once they begin using their Zappos Rewards Visa®. The Zappos
Rewards Visa® allows cardmembers to earn 2 points on all
eligible Zappos.com purchases and 1 point on all other eligible
purchases. Once the cardmember has accumulated 2500 points
they will receive a $25 Zappos.com gift certificate. Zappos.com
offers handbags, shoes, apparel items and accessories from over
1000 brands.




Pay your taxes and get Double Miles when you use your
United Mileage Plus Visa

Chase Card Services and United Airlines are offering United
Mileage Plus Visa cardmembers double miles when they pay their
taxes with their credit card. Cardholders will earn double miles for
every dollar they spend on their personal federal income tax,
state tax or property tax between March 1 and May 25, 2007.
Chase is also offering its cardmembers 15,000 bonus miles during
2007 if they refer a friend to become a United Mileage Plus Visa
cardmember. Cardmembers can also earn an additional 500
bonus miles when they enroll in paperless statements.
